HREX 2026 – General Terms and Conditions (Online Payments)

By proceeding with payment for HREX 2026, you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms and

conditions set by Future First Talents Inc., the official organizer of HREX 2026 (“Organizer”).

1. Event Overview

HREX 2026 is a premier HR and business expo featuring industry leaders, solution providers, and

learning sessions.

2. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely via accredited payment gateways (e.g., PayMongo).

Full payment is required to confirm registration.

3. Registration Confirmation

Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued if the event is officially canceled due to force majeure events.

No refunds will be granted for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, non-attendance, or

rescheduling.

5. Transfer of Registration

Registrations may be transferred to another individual, subject to prior written notice to and

approval by the Organizer. All transfer requests must be submitted at least seven (7) days before

the event.

6. Event Changes and Modifications

The Organizer reserves the right to modify event details. Changes do not qualify for refunds.

7. Liability Disclaimer

The Organizer is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damages.

8. Data Privacy

Participant data will be used for event management and marketing.

9. Code of Conduct

Participants must behave professionally.

10. Intellectual PropertyAll materials are owned by the Organizer.
