To claim your tickets, simply present your email confirmation containing your Order Number and Total Purchase at the Registration Booth upon arrival at the event.

Our team will verify your registration and assist you with your entry.

For group or companion tickets:

The registered attendee will receive all purchased ticket passes for their companions.

If the registrant is not present:

A companion may claim the tickets by presenting
A copy of the registrant’s valid ID; and
The email confirmation containing the Order Number and Total Purchase

To claim your tickets, simply present your email confirmation with total purchase and order number at the Registration Booth upon arrival at the event. Our team will verify your registration and assist you with your entry.

 

For our Sales Invoice process, we typically require a confirmed ticket purchase.

However, if you need it for your company’s approval process, we can also issue

a billing request.

Kindly send your Confirmation Order and your company details to

finance@hrex.ph, and our Finance team will be happy to assist you.

For group registrations, you may assign one representative to complete the registration for all attendees. The confirmation email and order summary will be sent to the representative’s registered email address.

On the event day, the representative may present the confirmation email with the order number at the registration booth to claim the ticket passes for the group.

If you require a Sales Invoice, kindly email your confirmation with the order number, proof of payment, and your company details to finance@hrex.ph.

HREX is primarily an expo designed to showcase the latest HR, AI, and workforce solutions, rather than a conference or training program. Because of this, we do not issue certificates of attendance. However, attendees will have the opportunity to learn from our Insight Stage with keynote speakers and panel discussions throughout the two-day event.
