REFUND POLICY
Future First Talents Inc. – HREX Event (PayMongo Payments)

Thank you for your purchase and support of the HREX Event organized by Future First Talents Inc. Please read our refund policy carefully before completing your transaction.

1. General Policy
All payments made through PayMongo for the HREX Event are considered final and non-refundable, except under specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Event Cancellation
Refunds will only be issued if the HREX Event is officially canceled by the organizers Future First Talents Inc. and AFT Corp.

Event cancellation shall be strictly limited to situations beyond the control of the organizers including but not limited to:

  • Natural calamities (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes, floods)
  • National emergencies or disasters
  • Government-mandated restrictions
  • Other crisis situations that make it impossible or unsafe to proceed with the event

In such cases, all registered participants will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

3. Event Rescheduling
If the HREX Event is rescheduled for any reason, all tickets and registrations will remain valid for the new date.

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Schedule changes or postponements
  • Personal conflicts or inability to attend on the new date

4. Non-Attendance
Failure to attend the event for any reason does not qualify for a refund.

5. Refund Processing (If Applicable)
In the event of a qualified cancellation:

  • Refunds will be processed through PayMongo using the original payment method
  • Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider but typically take 7–15 business days

6. Agreement
By completing your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
